純粹直接的深焙，卻可在品嚐時感受其細緻內斂的成熟風味，點綴其中的一縷縷香。轉化了酸度的甘甜味、口感較為黏稠，滑順，熟果香，黝亮的液體光澤。冷卻後依然芳醇。

Pure and direct deep roasting, but you can feel its delicate and restrained mature flavor when you taste it, embellished with wisps of fragrance. 秋山掛耳＿美味的外出良伴！

每個皆以10g±0.5g，大容量包裝。可沖 225-250 ml的水量，喝出近手沖的美好風味！

我們的掛耳包為維持接近於手沖的風味，研磨顆粒較粗，因此可避免容易發生的淹水、過萃情形，請放慢注水速度，並安心沖泡。

△ 建議沖煮方式 ：

1.將掛耳包架於杯口

2.注入少量熱水悶蒸約20秒

3.注水至滿袋，約3次，總著注水量約200-230ml

4.可於沖煮完之咖啡液中加入適量熱水至喜好的濃淡度，使風味更加延展

本店掛耳皆高品質熟豆磨製，可加水延展使風味層次更顯分明，甜感亦佳！

※ 本店皆選用日本製 濾掛內袋，加以美味的熟豆研磨，沖煮流暢，口感芳醇。
