《尋隱者》

是秋山所有配方裡的第一款，像是出發點般的存在。配方名稱及概念來自唐代· 賈島的這首詩：

「松下問童子，言師採藥去。

只在此山中，雲深不知處。」

帶著尋道的心，踏上旅程，

或許並不是找到誰，問了些什麼

而是體驗這段旅程、這座山

衣物沾染的山的氣息，與當下每一刻。

優雅而平衡的風味，花香、果香、蜜餞，松果、黑可可甜。設定為中焙，目標是一般習慣喝美式的人，也可以體驗到手沖精品咖啡層次風味的黑咖啡；習慣喝淺焙的人，偶爾想跨領域嘗試深一點的焙度；以及習慣喝深焙的人，今天不想喝那麼深的時候。

而尋隱者配方，確實也是開店以來，點單率最高，會有特定喜歡的人，及習慣喝它的人。是一款在家裡也好沖好煮的一支。

Citrus, floral and fruity aroma, dried fruit, sweet and sour like plum preserves, rich layers, and smooth taste. Classic and durable.

Elegant and balanced flavour, floral, fruity, candied, pine cone, dark cocoa sweetness. Set to medium roast, the target is that people who are generally accustomed to drinking American coffee can also experience the black coffee with the layered flavor of hand-brewed specialty coffee; people who are accustomed to drinking light roast and occasionally want to try a darker roast across different fields; and people who are accustomed to drinking dark roast and don’t want to drink that dark today.

As for the Hermit Seeker formula, it has indeed had the highest order rate since the store opened. There will be people who like it and people who are used to drinking it. This is one that is easy to brew and cook at home.
