「尼羅河從蘇丹首都向北穿過蘇丹和埃及，所經過的地方均是沙漠。從古代開始埃及的文明就依靠尼羅河而形成和興旺。除海港和海岸附近的城市外埃及所有的城市和大多數居民住在亞斯文以北的尼羅河畔，幾乎所有的古埃及遺址均位於尼羅河畔。」

這款配方豆同樣是秋山推出的咖啡果茶系列之第2-2款，作為我們的《埃及：釀酒四部曲》最後一款的 < 尼羅河 >，其入配方的豆子之一，由我們的生豆商與台灣在地酒廠聯合開發，選用來自哥倫比亞優質產區的Castilo品種做特殊發酵處理，歷經多次的反覆測試，其製造過程皆使用天然水果做發酵與厭氧處理，呈現豐富且充滿果香的多層次風味。

經秋山的烘豆師烘焙後，再依風味完整度進行配豆規劃，呈現水蜜桃果茶之清新甜美風味，飽滿細膩且能感受到咖啡的淵遠流長。希臘歷史學家希羅多德曾說：「埃及是尼羅河的贈禮。」，咖啡同樣歷史悠久，且帶給人們生活的療癒，故以此古老且孕育豐饒的河川為此豆命名。

Fresh peach pulp, fruit wine aroma, sweet and sour dried apricot fruit. Vanilla, nuts, fruit tea aftertaste, sweet and smooth.

This formula bean is also the 2nd and 2nd of the coffee fruit tea series launched by Akiyama. As the last part of our "Egypt: Brewing Quadrilogy", <Nile>, one of the beans included in the formula was jointly developed by our bean merchants and local wineries in Taiwan. Castilo varieties from high-quality production areas in Colombia were selected for special fermentation processing. After many repeated tests, the manufacturing process uses natural fruits for fermentation and anaerobic treatment, presenting a rich and fruity multi-layered flavor.

After being roasted by Akiyama's roasters, the bean blending is planned according to the integrity of the flavor, showing the fresh and sweet flavor of peach fruit tea, full and delicate, and you can feel the long history of coffee. The Greek historian Herodotus once said: "Egypt is a gift from the Nile." Coffee also has a long history and brings healing to people's lives, so the bean is named after the ancient and fertile river.
